About "United by the Land"

As one of the first areas of study at Utah State University, the College of Agriculture celebrates its long history of excellence in "United by the Land," a musical and narrative event featuring the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra. Audience members will revisit the history of the college's founding and look toward the bright future with College of Agriculture faculty, students and researchers leading the way.

TIme: 7:30 p.m. 
Location: Kent Concert Hall with overflow in the Morgan Theatre
(Patrons in the Morgan Theatre will be able to view a live video feed of the event.)

About the College of Agriculture

The College of Agriculture is comprised of two schools, six departments and over 66 undergraduate and graduate programs. Students and faculty are focused on the study of the science of life with disciplines ranging from production agriculture to landscape architecture. 


About the American Festival Chorus

The professional American Festival Chorus is composed of USU music faculty, outstanding musicians in the community and the Northern Utah region and select senior USU students. Founded in 2008 with Dr. Craig Jessop as Artistic Director and Conductor and Dr. Cory Evans as Associate Director, the American Festival Chorus brings together 250-300 talented singers from a 50-mile radius.
